Microgreens are seedlings of edible plants and herbs, many of which have upto 40 times more nutrition than their mature counterparts.
All our microgreens are grown with non-gmo, non-hybrid, open pollinated seeds. They are grown soil-less to reduce any chances of contamination from chemicals/ pests etc in soils. They are watered with RO water, to keep any chemical impurities in water at bay and give you pure energy packed in tiny leaves.
We have 11 varieties of idli/ dosa batter. We also prepare fresh appam batter (string hoppers), dhkla batter and medu vada batte. There is a wide range for you to select from - organic to regular, low carbs to high fibre. Increasing your iron content to lowering your bad cholesterol.
All our batters are made with clean and good quality ingredients, soaked and grinded in RO water and prepared and packaged in hygienic environment. We do not use any chemicals or preservatives in any of our foods.

We make fresh batters on order and hence require the orders to be placed a day before by 2 pm. All our batters are made with good quality ingredients and hygienically grinded and packed. The soaking and grinding is done with RO water. WE DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS OR PRESERVATIVES IN OUR BATTERS. One litre of idli/dosa batter will make approximately 20-25 medium sized idlis and similar number of dosas.

Most of our pickles are traditional recipes from my grandmother and mother's recipe books! Made once a year, each pickle availability depends on stock. We do not use any artificial flavours, chemicals or preservatives in any of our pickles. They are preserved by one of the natural preservation methods - like sun drying, salt, oil, cooking or refrigeration. All pickles are packed in 200 gms.
A recipe from my nani's diary, made once a year when nice raw kathal and mangoes are both available. Super delicious and goes best with any type of parathas.
The perfect North Indian taste wala mango pickle with chunky pieces. This tangy pickle goes well with parathas, roti-subzi or rice items.

Some things get better with age. This is one such pickle. No amount of words can be enough to describe its benefits. Made with over 14 spices that are well known in ancient India for its health benefits related to digestion and cold, cough and lungs, this masala is sun dried and has no oil and is not spicy - so even littlest kids as old as 1 or 2 years can also have it. It is the best pickle to have with food when you've been ill with fever or any stomach problem.
For those who like a mix of sweet and sour and tanginess, this pickle has all the benefits of the lemon garam masala pickle along with a sweetness for your palate.
You may find some pickles have excess oil floating on top - this is because that pickle is preserved with oil. You may use the left over oil later in your paratha dough to add extra flavour. But while the pickle is there, keep it soaked in the oil and take the pickle out with a fork.
